  Unfortunately, to date we do not offer gift cards online.

• Do I have to create an account to order?
  
  You do not have to create an account to buy products on our store. However, we recommend creating one because it allows you to follow the progress of your orders and also to have a history of them. You can nevertheless place an order on our store without creating an account.
  

• How can I be sure that my order has been placed correctly?
  
  When you place an order with us you receive a confirmation email at the time of confirmation; You will also receive a notification email each time a product is sent to you. If you did not receive a confirmation email when you confirmed your order, check your spam / spam box or contact our support directly and we will check whether your order has been taken into account or not.

• Can I follow the progress of my order?
  
  Yes, you can follow the status of your order in real time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You will be able to see in real time where your order is and the estimated delivery date.
  
  

• Can I delete items from my order or just cancel it?
  If you wish to cancel the order you have placed or simply wish to withdraw an item, complete the contact form and we will adapt / cancel your order and we will refund what you paid for.
  You can only cancel an order that has not yet been shipped.
  
  

• What if I receive the wrong item?
  You have the right to return delivered products if they are defective or not in accordance with your order.

• What payment methods can I use?
  We currently accept the following payment methods: Credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal and debit card.
  
  

• Why was my payment declined?
  Your payment may be declined for the following reasons:

• 1. The card has expired. Check that your card is still valid.

• 2. You have reached the limit of your card. Contact your bank to verify that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

• 3. You have entered incorrect information. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

If none of these three reasons apply to you, please contact your bank.

• How do I use my promotional code?
  If you have a promotional code, please indicate it in the "Promotional code" field in your basket and click "Apply". Please check the expiration date of your promotional code before using it. You cannot use more than one promotional code for the same purchase. Promotional codes do not apply to sale items.
  
  

• How do I get the invoice for my order?
  Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to download the invoice for your order.

• Where can I receive my order?
  Your order can be sent to an address you have selected (home, office, etc.). We are not currently working with the relay points.
  
  

• Can the country of delivery be different from the country where you are located?
  No. The country of delivery must always be the same as the country in which the order was placed.
  
  

• How long does it take for my order to arrive?
  PARDON MY FRENCH offers two types of deliveries. Deadlines run from receipt by PARDON MY FRENCH full payment of the price: 

• Standard delivery (48 to 72 hours on working days)
  It is carried out by Colissimo France or the GLS transporter without signature at the postal rate in force on the date of the order.

• What are the shipping fees ?
  You can estimate your delivery costs when placing the order by indicating your country and your postal code.
  
  

• What happens if my order is not delivered on time?
  If the delivery deadline is exceeded by more than 7 days and not due to force majeure, you can cancel your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You will then be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days.
  However, check that the product you ordered is not for pre-order. If your product is in pre-order, these times will be valid from the restocking of our stocks.
  
  

• What is standard delivery?
  If you have chosen standard delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves our warehouse), with the tracking number and a link to the deliverer's website. The latter will contact you directly to inform you about the delivery.

• Are out-of-stock items replenished?
  If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to restock it quickly. If no stock is available, the item will be removed from the site.
  

• How to be aware of new products and promotions?
  
  We invite you to regularly check the online store and subscribe to the newsletter at the bottom of the site if you wish to stay informed of our news.

• How to make a return?
  
  If you have received a product and need to return it because it is either non-compliant or defective, complete the contact form in our store and we will get back to you with further information as soon as possible. Note that the product that is returned must be new and never used

• Are returns charged?
  
  At PARDON MY FRENCH, Returns are always free. Just contact us via the contact form and we can send it to you. You must allow 2-4 days before receiving it in response to your email.
  

• What is the deadline for making a return?
  
  All returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of the order confirmation email. Tommy.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent after this time or items not in the same condition as the one in which you received them.
  
  

• How to know if Pardon My French correctly received the item I returned?
  
  Once your package arrives at our warehouse and your return is accepted, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
  

• When will I receive a refund for the item I returned?
  
  Upon receipt of the returned products and after inspection of them, we will issue your refund within 15 days
